We’re good at what we do, but we don’t know everything.  If your challenge or opportunity falls within our expertise we will offer our contribution.  If it is outside our range of expertise, we’ll say so.  Chances are, we’ll know personally who can contribute to your success if we can’t.  We’re not a one-stop answer of all manner of business situations.  We won’t waste your time or ours.

We are a fee based, advisory resource.  Our fee structure varies with the kind of assistance we provide.  We will structure our fee and our input to add value without intruding excessively on your budget, time or personnel.

We function as an external resource to your firm.  We do not take equity positions in our clients’ endeavors nor are we direct employees.  We do not exchange services for stock or assume a creditor position with our clients.  We’re not attracted to minority shareholder status and we don’t wish to be your bank.
